When I had an Air Ranger, I never got to Chrono it so unsure of the power curve. All I know is, I had 1 flier in every 10 shots

I own an FX Bobcat .22 and an HW100KT .177 - So my list would be....
1: Edgun Matador R3 (If they managed to get a seller within the UK - I'm too impatient waiting for deliveries)2: Kalibrgun Cricket Standard Non Wooden Stock (Again, UK stockist only)
3: Weihrauch HW97 Blue Laminate
4: SFS Tuned HW98 (My first springer was a HW98 and it was AMAZING, and that was 2nd hand without being tuned )
Won't touch a Daystate ever again for personal reasons
And although I love my FX Bobcat, 6-10 days waiting for a reply from FX themselves is shit too...It's 2013 FFS, read your emails
Also, despite charging alot for the FX Airguns, their website is ALWAYS down

£13.01 from here....

It's going to be a tough discussion.
With whom will you be discussing?................
Woops! I meant Decision! lol And by the way KurtH why got for the hawke?
Because the MTC scopes white out more with head movement and the Hawke is more forgiving IMO

One of my RFD's doesn't charge, and one of them charges £20 - Think it depends on who needs the cash and who doesn't
Some online retailers have their own drivers who can deliver direct to you - Like these http://www.sportsguns.co.uk/index.html

'its got a scrach around the pistol grip as show in picture'...
No

My friend has the Stoeger X20 and it was quieter than my Daystate Air Ranger with Weihrauch moderator fitted
However, he also agrees, anything above 20-25 yards, and there's no chance of a decent group....
Save up a little longer and get something worthwhile

Just a quick visit yesterday to catch up with a old friend.
After reading the things I have been doing about a very good friend of mine (Tony Wall) over the past week or so I decided to take a trip up there to see him.
Tony doesn't go on forums or the internet much so I thought it only right for him to address some of the comments.
Lets give the man the chance to tell it as it really is.
Brilliant vid

Just dont go to Drapers in Notts mate as they are expensive and very rude.
They were with me on more than 1 occasion.
I was gonna get a PCP from them, and they wanted £500 to hold it for me until I could get to them to collect it - Very greedy IMO

Go for the Hawke....I had the Mamba and the Viper - Thought the Mamba was better than the Viper so sold the Viper and got the Hawke Sidewinder 30mm 4-16x50 SR PRO IR SF...
Great scope indeed

They are expensive, but if I ever decide I wanna sell it on, I could sell it and still have enough for another brand of rifle - brand new, lol

Hi folks,
Does anybody know if a moderator would affect the accuracy if it's attached to a smooth twist barrel?
Thanks -
This is the one I had....It's VERY similar to Harris bipods, but I found the quality better http://www.swillingtonshootingsupplies.co.uk/store/product/5069/Edgar-Brothers-Bipod/

Couldn't resist that one, sorry
But on a serious note, there's numerous turds on every forum....
At least you now know the ones on this forum -
I've had an Edgar Brothers bipod and an Harris bipod.
I honestly believe that the Edgar Brothers bipod was much better quality wise, and cheaper too!

Buy this.....

And then whatever digital camera you like to fit on it....

i've been looking at hawke scopes, i like the SR Pro reticle but having looked at the MTC site the mamba looks like a good choice and cheaper than the hawke. im not overly fussed about having a golf bag wheel attached to the side of my scope so im thinking this mamba might be coming my way.
anyone had any dealings with the taipan thing
The weight of the Taipan put me off ...
-
I've got the Mamba and the Viper. Lovely scopes IMO
And they come with everything you need
Ok, after comparing my Viper and my Mamba, I came to the conclusion that the Mamba was much clearer and brighter to look through. So I sold the Viper, and purchased the Hawke Sidewinder 30mm 4-16x50 SR PRO IR and this too is better than the Viper....
The Hawke doesn't white out half as much as the Viper

I emailed them last night kicking off and they replied immediately. Couldn't believe it. Lol
