  1. Thanks Pianoman I have read and enjoyed much of your writings esp. the springer stuff There is an art to shooting springers well for sure. Theres no art in PCP shooting no zen either. Glad you like the username. You have probably geussed its the numerical average of the guns components. Steve
  2. 11 seems to be the sweet spot for many Weihrauch's. Maybe I will try another Hw 35 in .177 some day....

  5. First off a little background may be of interest. Having just clocked up a personal half century I realise I have been airgunning for well over 30 years. It seems like yesterday my Mum woke me at 10 am screaming in protest upon finding dead things hastily stuffed in her fridge after me being up all night shooting. My first gun was a Gat pop out pistol at around the age of 14 it was fun in the garden but I yearned for more. my first decent rifle was a mint used HW35 in .177 with a 4 by 30 scope, this gun stayed for over 20 years and it taught me how to shoot springers well.   6. Great thread for inspiration. Shame that our local squizzers are reds would love to try the above recipie spounds great. Rabbit usually do wabbit tikka style marinaded for 12 Hrs then over hot charcoal in the garden for the authentic smokey flavour. Serve with Madras or Jalfreze sauce and Pilau rice. Chapatti or Nan. Pigeon Fry 6 chopped breasts lightly with onions and herbs add to pie. Bake for 20 mins gas 6 serve with gravy mash and veg.   7. Interesting post. I have a HW95 in .22 in a 98 stock and love it. Maybe I am wrong here but some of the above numbers do not seem to add up. This could be a bit misleading to others not so hot with the software. The card target is upside down so what needs to be pellet drop look like rise. Also the zero range in the corrections window does not match the zero in the main screen. Looking at the results you have used the same zero for both as your bc numbers are good. From what I have tested you need to have the FPS, distances to target, pellet weight and drop distance all spot on to ma
