  1. i have to agree with brian, i saw the clip and you can clearly hear heavy traffic, imho hawking near a busy road is reckless and avoidable.
  2. caught lots of the little f@ckers on fenns and break backs, even got slugs as well. never any doubles. superb
  3. cant say that i totally agree with that i started with a mhh, had good results with him, although i did have a mentor who gave me it in the neck if i was flying him in anything but flying/hunting weight i have since progressed to training/hunting spars, ferrugies reds and some falcons(which i cant really be arsed with) imo either a red or a harris would be good to start with, go for what you would feel more confident with and dont be shy to ask people for advice. atb, chris

    swap

i have a male gyr/saker (more gyr than saker)that i paid $400 for, which i would like to swap for a red tail if anyone is interested, he is an imprint hence he is a bit vocal. he is beng manned and is now flying to the glove at 2lb1oz. i would prefer an eyass, no preference whether it is a male or female. this is an absolutely stunning bird, very light in colour. the reason i want a swap is that i need a bird for indoor hawking (work) pm me

Having seen Fastdogz's photo, i quite fancied her, but then i found out that she is a midget and that just wont do laugh.gif So i suppose i would have to say i prefer a slimmer frame, rather than the big fat old porkers, ugghhh!! Also would have to be very pretty, to match me laugh.gif Definatley no monsters... -------------------- yep, she's definately a babe
