    Don't do it....been there done it...end up spending a fortune...before you know it you've spent 200 hundred....chambers may have to send the barrel to your local RFD ....unless you "send" one in for "repair"... Seriously though once you've fitted a modded breech,barrel,updated gas valve,adjustable hammer,trigger...compressed air conversion ..etc etc... You'll still only have a modified ratty standing you at £££,s with a crap barrel and fires all over the place with a really steep power curve(co2)...     HW45 .177 good condition, few little marks here and there but nothing major,cocks and shoots spot on. Pre tru-glo sight model (better IMHO ) was chrono'd when purchased running at 4-5lbft pellet dependant,consistent. Quite rare model. These are currently RRP£279...     I have weihrauch HW77/97 .22 V-Mach spring and chambers ultra tophat and spring guide(sized for the early 25mm piston hw77) going spare, only used to try then sold the rifle after putting back to standard, Will chuck in a standard spring and guide as well....     Nice gun for the right price for some lucky fellow...looks like a theoben vortex moderator with vortex tip...will add a bit of weight to the barrel this will make even better shooting from the classic hw80...if I had the cash I'd be buying this..not far away either...

    Yes it's a nice piece of wood...taken somebody a lot of time to make...haven't a clue how old it is or who made it but he knew what he was doing...willing to do a sale or return but you'd have to pay the postage both ways if returned .think after using it you'd keep it.......

    For sale a used but in excellent condition one off custom stock to fit HW77/97,made of a lovely stripy exotic wood,not sure what type,could be walnut? Can't say for certain..so won't guess..has been Danish oiled and wax sealed for finish. Made in HFT/FT style with adjustable rollover cheek piece and butt adjustment plate. No cracks or dings in wood..never seen one like it very well shaped and carved with stippling in grip with thumb rest and and foreend cutouts..can't upload pics sadly but will email as many as required for interested parties. Has bedding sealant so fitted my 77 like a glove,h

    I have a new v Mach spring to fit 97/77 .22,has been fitted, only fired handful of pellets, also chambers spring guide and top hat to fit early hw77 (25mm piston) this kit was fitted to HW77 .22 really smooth no twang,spring will fit any 77/97 .22 guides and top hat are made for early 77 but may fit later 77/97? Spring RRP £25 guides/top hat RRP £28 buy All for £30 posted may split £15 each posted.will supply power washers with both if needed. Ta.

    Ps...although "bilbo" and I have similar user tags..we are not related or are the same person...just to dispel any "conspiracy" theories...we are our own free entities.... Oh well don't look like I'm gonna get a sale or a swop so may as well have a laugh....:-)) May try and get another WTC and make a cracking pair of binos.....anyone? What ya reckon?

    Yes...to answer your question. I didn't. As far as I know this scope isn't nitrogen filled..have researched and I can't find any literature that suggests it is? The scope isn't marked as "nitrogen filled" and the manual has no info saying such. I've had it over two years and not once has it had a problem with "fogging" possibly due to the multi coated surfaces and design. To re-parallax is a simple case of adjusting the foreword optic a few turns either way. These scopes come parallaxed at 100yds so need adjusting for air rifles etc... I stand to be proved otherwise.
