  2. Hi All

As you all probably seen this dog was up for sale a few weeks ago. sorry to all the genuine peaople that was interested but i let my feelings get the better of me. The dog is definately up for sale now no fault of his own just he deserves more. This is the hardest thing i have had to do let go of a dog that is a true worker will work all day all night and will get the results. only reason for sale is he deserves more than he is going to be getting mrs is expecting in a couple of months and im just not going to have the time.

His name is Ty. 2 years 3 months old,5/8 3/8 Bull x he is 25/26 tts, very big strong dog, jumps, good on the lamp suprisingly good on rabbits for a big dog, been out ferreting but would not trust him with them. he has been around stock never had any problems but would never trust him 100% i have always kept him close when around stock. does not like cats. no problem in the kennel dont hear a peep out of him. he has been kenneled with others dogs never had any problems.

i want him to go to a good home and be looked after and get the work that he deserves. only experienced dog men will be having this dog so no little boys will be having him. so dont bother asking.

There is a trial with him. £300 no offers

  3. we often here differences of opinion about working dogs out of a motor and working them on foot. many say you put more game infront of a dog by driving round fields etc etc and others say its better to walk etc etc.

in your opinions is there much of a difference in the quality and performance of the fully trained dogs?

is a dog that is worked from a vehicle better or worse than a dog that is worked from walking the ground?

better for the dog walking i think because the dog is warmed up and streched before any work instead of bailed out of motor and expected to perform 100 percent
