    Tina Turner and her litter sister Ruby were both sired by Duke. Duke was out of Laddie and Joe Wilshers Jane. Jane was bred off W "Mac" McKenzie old 3/4 bred dog Sam, to a pure greyhound ( Bleaches Blizzard ) .Ghost was bred off Del T ;s Luke ( also sired by the Duke to Queenie ) to Geoff Smiths Fly.......Merlin and Rebels Dam. and that duke dog was one of the best dogs iv ever had the honour to watch.

    To be honest der is no such ting as a king of lurchers.any dogs that kills hares are good dogs.theres so many men with good dogs for killin hares.so youd have to run every hunting irish mans dog a beat dem to be the best.
