    Were the dogs classed as evidence ? Were you found guilty of neglect or cruelty ? the dog was in rspca care after a vet contacted them, an was there until it was signed over, the dog was evidence an aye a guilty verdict was passed, but was over turned at appeal

    they cant keep the dogs, even if you are found guilty they need to be signed over, sure they may not be in any hurry to fetch them back, but they cannot keep em without your say so, no matter who they think they are, its the law
