  3. im getting this 11 week old on saturday dams a bull collie grey and sires a collie grey whippet. didnt really want a bull but comes from working parents and a freind owns the parents so thought why not, another mate has also got his brother so be quite fun on how different they are and how good they become as they will be doing alot together when there older. pups looking great mate i must say abit of a looker really nice colours

Thanks for the reply gaz i did follow your thread actually for abit about your pups legs glad there better now. my pup will be mainly on dry food but will try and add some raw meat into his diet so i might go straight for the food i intend on feeding him in the future which works out much cheaper aswell. cheers
  5. HI all just wondering if any of you bother with a dedicated puppy food or just start straight on the food they will have when there older? i know they can have to much protein at a young age but most puppy biscuits ive found have more than normal adult food? any advise would be great thanks

  8. Hi all not been on here in agggessss!! I lost my bitch back in May only 20months old started fitting at home and really bloated up, the vet drained 2 litres of fluid off her stomach unfortunately she had another fit later and died what hurt the most was not knowing why and happening so quickly. It upset me a lot but I think I'm now ready to get another pup and start again think I'm going to go for a collie cross breed this time. Happy hunting people

  11. as i had the day off i thought i would try and get some new permission so i went to a place ive been told about and spoke to the farmer, he said he had thousands of pidgeons around his buildings and that i was more than welcome to tackle them so i was really happy with that, the next farm i tryed i was not expecting the outcome that happend, upon asking him if i could take care of his vermin and handing him one of my cards i got printed through vista print he said 'tell you what you sort some rats out for me and il do you a favour and ask all my relatives and local farms to me if you can go on
  12. thanks alot for all your help mate, i used to fish there all the time but havent done for a few years. yea theres a match on the mallard pool i think so gunna go for the horseshoe, any tips for my mate who wants to use a feeder?
  13. hi everyone, im off out course fishing on saturday with some lads from work, now i havent been out for a few yrs and was just wondering what baits best to use this time of year for carp? i will be useing a pole on the local pool but havent got time to go round and see whats working best many thanks
  14. i like your thinking but dont have ferrets and not overly keen on bushing, i got her for lamping and thats what il use her for mostly obviously if a spot of ferreting comes up i wont turn it down lol
  15. yh she is a looker to be fair lol but i am biased shes deerxgreyxwhippet but i do think there is some bedlington in there somewere aswel as shes always useing her nose. she will do me proud in the end and thats all that matters mate. what have you got?

Many thanks yes she will grow out of it the more rabbits she works and catches, she is a bitch that is hungry for it, walk over to her and put her on the lead until the next chase atb stripes,, is it the brindle bitch in your avatar,, put some pics up.   18. yh i appreciate that but how long does your dog stay in there for trying to find the bunny thats gone to ground?
  19. yh she gets stuck inside the hedge if its big enough, the thing is the rabbit has long gone but shes still looking for it, i want to try and nip this in the bag asap, i appreciate that alot of rabbits can be caught just inside the hedge but shes trying to search for it for some time later or will she grow out of this as she gets the hang of it?
