    very true shadow, in an ideal world this would be great, but that would take everyone to be honest if theirs dogs are quite simply not good enough, English have no problem in admitting this, whereas it's a touchy subject on these shores. But what your saying definitely makes a lot of sense. well you have to give it to them lads theyve got a very proven gene pool between the top hunters and they can go to any dog they want and there mostly all related someway which keeps the good coursing gene in them. now most of them wouldnt suit back here but thats up to the men back here to produce our own

    Thanks paddy,....luckily enough I got too get a few clips of the dogs this season, I'd never get a job with sky sports lol but people get a rough idea of how the hunt went and what the dog is like, but recording isn't as easy as it looks..this my first season with camera but won't be my last....some people do blow up dogs, but their only kidding their selfs, and I think that's why a lot of the so called goodins never produce nothing of worth, their hyped up too be more than what they were, I find ya nearly always see good dogs (not so called good dogs) produce good stock, to be fair the Englis

    thanks mate, Red is the type of dog you can leave up for months, no exercise, be over weight, bring him too strong hares and still he fill the pot for you, great stuff in him.....I had a good few dogs and seen plenty going but haven't seen too many like him too be honest, great style too him

    lol, just 1 of those things I suppose welcome, but let's not forget that lass was a good hare bitch, not the biggest tank but take a great hare to last her 2 mins, fast tight bitch with a great mouth. Jake had a lot of breeding in him, can't say what he was like before we got him but when we did get him he wouldn't run out of your way let alone stop a hare, but they clicked, lass didn't leave anything else of worth and he got a lot of bitchs and don't think there were any world beaters either, hope this answers your question

    yes captain banjo was a good little bitch i said it when i had her and iv said it to lads since she got killed il give credit to any dog that deserves it weather i own them of not, i ran her mostly bouble for her first season but she was ran compleatly single her second season and she missed notting to be honest, its a pity she got killed because she would be well tested with me, as regards single handed running who can honestly hold there hand up and say that they have run there dogs compleatly single with out any exceptions for 3 or 4 seasons??heard she was a great wee bitch FairPlay she was

    thanks for the nice comments cap. I'm glad you liked wat you seen so far, there's plenty of more days for us before season finishes and we'll get a good few season under together yet. Seen Max run in the flesh and on YouTube and I can honestly say there's not many like him,great dog.
