    right, not got much knowledge nor experiance with working terriers so sorry if i ask stupid questions but im not looking into getting one so here me out, just like too kno what you thought and oppinions are on cross bred terriers e.g what does a lakey russell bring over a pure russell or pure lakey etc etc. its just i wouldnt have thought that you would need such a cross as they ant like lurchers for example saluki for stamina, greyhound for speed, terrier for aggression etc etc or are they? cheers

    i know they was popular with the northumberland fox packs back in the day, struggle too find one of decent height now majority are about 18 inches or more!

    george newcombes strain is still about and there reet little grafters above and below ground, same stuff thats in me runnin dog.

    its accidental breeding its happened n nowt he can do about it now why not try and sell em, i kno of some that have had a black lab out of pet parents and it shows any dog up at beating give the lad a break hes told ye it was an accident n the dam is still a pup so anybody that buys them its their choice if ye not interested keep ye f****n nose out ye loud mouthed c**ts

    not too keen on any cross other than terrier crosses but wouldnt mind having a pup out this lad and a grey

    only seen a couple so i wouldnt write them off just not my choice of a foxing dog thats all

    an old boy was telling me he had a hancocks dog 3/4 border grey that was the best fox dog he had ever seen,

    nope, seen them get there mouths around one or two when another dogs ragging the carcass but once they got bit they stood back and barked, seen them course them aswell but wont get stuck in, just what iv seen bud the collie crosses of today arent what they use too be like many crosses

    They maybe a few things mate but I'd seriously doubt they're game...........tenacious,brave,driven BUT not GAME! iv seen many of phils dogs work and other bedlington crosses and they are game on anything, sometimes not the tallest of crosses and struggle too kill a fox due too there size but at 19" iv seen them hold down and rag charlies like there a toy no matter what pain inflicted, you dont see many bull crosses squeezing there way down pipes for them and drawing them out do you mine is 24 and half ths and his pup is 24 ths so mine arnt to bad of a size its the pups first

    collie grey better than a bedlington grey on teeth? hmmm phil haynes yes proper bred collie crosses out of hardy hill collies that where entered CORRECTLY.sorry to say ive never heard of the man it wont matter if its a border collie a fell collie a beardie collie or lassie the collie you wont get a consistant fox dog will you, agree, collie crosses were never bred for the even the thought of tackling anything that bites back hence why they baught in the terrier crosses you people are poorly informed if you honestly believe that i wouldnt say collie crosses are
