  4. ok mate cheers for the advice , that make perfect sense about the bull blood i suppose , do you work your dogs single or as pairs ? reason for asking is as ill just have the one for now and just wondered if that will affect the way it shall work ?

  11. any pup ive had , as soon as i get them , mince beef / lamb , scrambled eggs , goats milk , and plenty of fresh water i just mix it up a b it really
  12. thats a great help mate, makes things a bit clearer , iv spoke to a fella today about some pups they will be ready around the time when i will be, the sire is a wipp x bedi and the dam is a suluki x greyhound to a bull greyhound ? do you think this could be handy , both parents work with what i want them too, cheers for your time lads still got loads to know lol
  13. cheers mate thats well handy makes it sound pretty easy when you put it like that , so really just trat them like any other dog i suppose ? with regards to my kennels will it be fine to go out straight away ? or shud it be indoors for a while ? (misses wont allow to be in 24/7) what age do u suggest introducing game ?

  15. ok cheers lads this is going well , what about the size whats the average tts size with thes types ? what about the whipxbed types ? do they live well in a kennel on their own or best with a companion ?? (terier) etc i have two (pet) staffs that live indoors would they be ok to excercise together ? dont want to spoil the work side of training , as my staffs are 7 months and two they are still young but ultra responsive to me ,would it help to bring my running dog on or could it confuse things ?? big question DOG or BITCH ???? i feel like my bitch staff is so much more obediant now but my boy r
  16. cheers mate , lol i want it for ferreting , and general work really,bunnies and the red ones, i like the idea of whip x bed bull xsulukixgreyhound but this is just in reading, so why do people put the collie greyhound down then ??? im getting a kennel/run built 10x4x5 at the end of september is this suitable ? cheers for your time lads

  20. cheers mate thats a good start , i dont intend to work my staffs one being two and as dosile as anything but my seven month bitch is nuts so she could have potential i suppose , the ground i intend to work is pretty mixed really i just hear an see so many x's i dont know what way to turn i want some great sport , what do you think on bull x's ? i hear so many mixed opinions ,i would like to end up with a right nice little pack , but i gotta find a base ??..... thats a way off i know cheers mate
  21. i am an experianced dog owner i have two staffords already (pets) and my grand father bred geman shepheards whilst i was growing up i have a great way with dog just not a great deal of knoledge of working them ... hence why i asked for some pointers mate , and to be honest the rescue where i went i dont thin they gave a shit really. there seems to be lots of dogs around the 10 month to two age which i think are still learnable ??? do any of you think that this could be a good idea ??
