  1. I gave him advice for his land pal, body swerve it. If you ain't got control of who lamps it, then your only asking to waste the dog. There is only so many people can say get new ground. They are saying it for a reason
  2. baw must of missed this a 3/4 collie grey and a bed/deer/ grey
  3. I'm with you mate, if you can't catch them with a lamp then there is something wrong and it might just be you. Night vision to catch rabbits with a dog honest to f**k the mind boggles. It's called hunting not eradication ffs. Every missed rabbit is there for another day. If it becomes lamp shy, use your hunting skills, don't rely on a piece of technology baw do you even know what your talking about? if your out lamping and soon as the lamps switched on everything on the ground bolts what hunting skills can you use ?im interested in the answer to this yoda Andy, as much as I'd love to teach
  4. Salukis are thick. I've never heard a breed of dog get so many excuses for its traits like the saluki does. It isn't thick, it'll only do something if it feels its worth doing it's nothing to be embarrassed about, greyhounds are notoriously dumb too we all use them. A mixture of both saluki and greyhound results in one dumb ass dog as for saluki are that clever they box hares and no other breed does..... Err that's cos they are that f***ing slow. Other breeds go up the gears to exert pressure on the hare to turn it when it's getting close to an escape route. All of a sudden cos the saluki is

    Man United

Another of England's elite teams humiliated on the big stage, this time against European minnows. Hardly surprising given how poor Man U are. Moyes isn't the manager for a club of man u's stature. He can't get the players to respect him and it shows on the field. As for England's golden boy, the hero worshipped Rooney, he's woeful at best. Like all who hero worship guys, they can't see the wood for the trees. He's playing you like a fiddle. Has a cracking spell just as he goes into contract negotiations. Misses a few games with a supposed injury, comes out the other side with a record breaking
  7. go on then I just love the way you think, if you've never owned a saluki, you know f**k all about them. Don't matter if you've seen them run a thousand times, if you don't feed it, you know nowt. You've never played for Liverpool but I wouldn't presume you know f**k all about there weakness, strengths, etc.....yes as an outsider looking in i can grab hold of the basics but if i owned liverpool football club dont you think id no alot more about them than most No, I don't think ownership of anything makes you better qualified than everyone else. Same as the length of time you've done anything. Y
  8. See when this first all happened a few year back, I knew they wouldn't go to the wall. Like you, you had that feeling they were too big for it to happen. It's Glasgow rangers ffs not gretna. But as time goes on and they stumble from one bad owner to another, it wears you down. It's like visiting a sick older relative, it's a shock at first then as you see them suffer, not the person they were, you start thinking about the inevitable and it isn't as big a suprise. It's the same with rangers. They just can't seem to get out the bit. Weare what, 2 years down the line, what's changed? Tax man stil
  9. I hope your right mate. Quicker they get rid of green and imran the better

  11. I've never had a Hancock dog, I've had a dog with Hancock in the mix but that was it. Most of the guys I've met who have had Hancock dogs I've found have been new to running dogs. I'm guessing with what your saying its the same case with you. You know what it's like, they have a running dog for a year and they're experts but that's not just Hancock owners. Biggest fanny that way was a bull cross owner I met, he was just a young lad, new to the game. You just laugh at them mate. I wouldn't start presuming they are all like that. Although, I think it's safe to say, to a man, saluki owners are wi

  13. So all Hancock owners claim to know everything f**k me that's a bold statement..... Have you not just been as guilty as your brummie chum with your wild claim there?
  14. You ever played for Liverpool stewie?
  15. No difference to me, both get the same reaction when I write about them
  16. After I've written Kats story
  17. Certainly not a hero like you two I was being serious, I wanted to hear about it. I thought he was a hero doing that. I'd be proud if it was my auld man. Getting sensitive in your old age.
  18. It's a strange one. I don't suppose it's any different than fishing for salmon and putting it on a wall. It's just different. It would be exciting but I think I'd prefer to shoot them with a lens.
  19. Have you been bitten by a squirrel? I have mate, I was wearing work gloves at the time, it didn't matter lol. What I meant was, easier for grey squirrels to disappear and breed than wolves.
  20. Infact, it was 26 years ago lol. He's had a few since then. The first lived till it was 12 he has 2 the now, ones 1/4 saluki grey the other I think is 1/2 second cross, not sure. He's had a pure too. I almost bought one myself as a chosen few on here know about
  21. stewie, I've seen them run for the last 22 years, that's when the mate got his first. Don't be treating me like some dick now, that's a good boy
  22. like you with salukis.... at least I've in interest in them, been out with them, seen them run, etc etc
