    hi everyone,i was out today feeding my ferrets and down further by my hen house i heard a bag of grain fall over so finished feading the ferrets and whent down to the hen house and all my grain was on the ground and guess what i saw 3 rats feeding of the grain so i shouted at them and they ran back into the ditch beside the hen house.I own a rat trap so i set that 4 tonight but also thinking of popping the ferrets into them aswell i own 2 jills and 1 big polecat hob .I realy want them rats gone any advice wud be great Thanks

    went out ferreting yesterday and had long nets set up on the 2 sides of a hedge and all the rabbits my ferret bolted wer running inside the hedge why is this happening as it keeps happening when i ferret hedges :hmm: :hmm:

    hi , i was just walking my dog a few hours ago and just about ten minutes away from my house a little small field beside a little country road .So i look over the gate and i see rabbits everywere beside a little small hedge so i go into farmers house and ask can i go ferreting in the fields and he says yes.So off i went into the field to have a look at the land .I walked over to the little hedge i saw erlier it was full of fresh burrows , so i was planning on ferreting it next saturday but the only problem is that the hedge is nice and tidy on 1 side but the other side has a little dip in fro

    just bring the ferret in to the house and ur dog and sit on the chair stroking ur ferret and let ur dog smell the ferret but dont put the two of them face to face at first.So each time u take out ur ferret let ur dog sniff and look at the ferret and then ur dog will eventually get use to the ferret

    hi i was just wondering would a bell work ferreting because the rabbit would run away from the sound on the ferrets collar as i dont have a ferret finder as they cost a good few quid

    i just feed my ferrets dry catfood mate and they work fine

    i use willow pegs real easy to get willow is and they are real strong i use them soft and hard ground they go into both

    I went out yesterday morning about 10 o'clock i brought my mates and my little bro .THE ferrets we brought were my mates young poly my 2 jills.Went in on a permission by my house and done the first set was about a 40 holer we used my long nets on 1 side of the ditch and my mates and my purse nets on the other side .I said to my mate we will put his ferret down first as she is only a starter anyway about 10 mins after she goes in a bunny bolts and goes straight into my longnet and my mates ferret is really shy so she would not come out of the hole.So my mate said put my jill into the warren to
