Im told that a dog can only use 17.5% protein anyway. Dont just go off what protein it has, the dogs need the full package. But the best condition my dogs have ever been in was when your were on meat 6 nights a week then 1 night of dry food. they seemed to put weight on in a different way and muselled out very well.

Ive got a litter of liver and white pups for sale from very good working parents. I bred them for my own use so im not asking the earth for them. Good healthy pups, 3 dogs 1 bitch left. Ready to go now. My camera's broke or i would have got some pics, i can show a pic of the dam if needed. Im just outside dundee but i may travel if needs be. Cheers Dan

This MACCY want chucking off the site coz all hes is, is another dog dealer and does the dog world realy need another one?? No it doesnt.. I was interested in the pup last time he was selling the little fella and i was thinking about traveling right the way down from the highlands. then he thought he might not bother but here we go again.. could it be that he just likes to check if hes has any replys to posts?????? I just feel bad for the dog as it getting wasted with this idiot... (Sorry if any of this sounds harsh to anyone)

No from a boys bitch in Fife.. From what im told shes a handy bitch and hes defo a goer. He started on big stuff at about 8 month (by mistake) and hasnt looked back. Hes just gone 2yr old. I got to show him plenty when i was in the borders and he hasnt jacked so i think im on to a good thing, upto now anyway..

Im well pissed off that I didnt make it. Headkeepers wanting us on with grit then the snow came so needed to go tracing.But no good.. Ireland was as good as ever at the weekend by the way.. P.S. I hope theres some left for me!!

I think your all pathetic!! Why does anyone feel the need to pull someone to bits when 99% of you have never met the man or his dogs. Ive never met himeither as a matter if fact. Im a bullx man myself but a see the use in all/most lurcher crosses! Theres enough shitty back stabing in the world with out bring it into a hunting forum. Its ment to be a place we can come together with a love of the sport and put the shit of the outside world behind us. I just think its sad!!

Yeah the both of them are.. The mother to them is his black bitch Pod. The red dogs started but he in desprate need of work to get him going really. Im heading of to the delights if Ireland in Feb so thats gona help him along. Im gona give the black dog abit more time to grow up..

Ive got 14 at the minute. 3 terriers, 4 lurchers, 3 springers, 4 labs. The terriers are litter brothers. the dam being a Brightmore type fell bitch. The sire being a old type Parks dog. So were told.. They are 16month old. the Red dog has started but in desperat need of some work but to be honest ive not got any up here. Ive dug a fox with him and i show them verything i get in traps and snares. the black dogs abit slower of coming. Put something in front of him and he will kill it but its the bit in between like finding it for himself. but im gona give him a fair crack of the wip so to spea

Im trying to make contracts in my area, which is Angus 'Scotland'. Ive moved here 8month ago from the Borders to a new keepering job. Im struggling to find people how are of the same interests when it comes to the dog work. It just doesnt seem as tho theres many people into the digging and running of lurchers in the area. hopfuly im wrong. The estate i work on has no terrier work [bANNED TEXT] so ever and very little lurcher work. so if your in the area Aberdeen,angus or fife it would be great to hear from anyone. Cheers Dan :search:

Hey! Just joined the site. Used to be a member of the old 'Hardcorehunting' site til i moved and could'nt get broadband til now. I've just moved up to a new job in Angus ,Scotland. Im a keeper you see. I've never had so little to do with my dogs since i moved here. Mainly because there so little resident vermin on the esate i work on. Just as a grouse moor should have really. Ive got 2 bull crosses a dog 3/8 5/8 and a bitch 1/2 cross. Also ive got 2 fell type terriers. I'll try and get some pics up ASAP..
