hi all me and two of the boys went out on our new permission today never been ferreted for 20yr that i know of i use to go there as a kid. first of all the grass was all flattened by the snow so all the burrows i use to know were hidden we netted four diffrent set and still have seen a bunny yet however we know the are lifting with rabbits. could it be the wet weather?

i use a bit whiskey on the dog then pull them out with tweezers its and old wife tail but it works for me im sure ferrets could handle a squirt of whiskey

cheers for the advice lads, i herd of some guys on nabouring council that had writen permission but not aware if anyone has permision on our council (northumberland) its lifting with burrows.
