  1. Hi all. Having a poke round this morning and stuck a screw driver through the rear cross member. I've got plenty of "2 box but I'm lacking any inspiration. Does anyone have any pictures of there home made/repaired jobs, or any ideas on where to buy a cut out and weld in replacement? Many thanks. Mat Watson.
  2. Hello All. I'm looking for a reasonably priced but decent taxidermist in West Sussex to do a fox mask. Many thanks. Mat Watson
  3. Thanks for the reply. I've already look at that but mine seems different i have 2 reds and 2 greens on top of all the other wires. Do i put both reds in the same connection and both greens in the other?
  4. Morning All. Would anyone happen to know the wiring code for the trailer socket on a T reg fourtrak? Look at it the other day and found he previous owner has taken it off at some point taped the wires up and just stuffed all them back in without connecting them. Verry bloody helpfull! Many thanks Mat Watson.
  5. Thanks for the reply. I cant see any bolt holes or fixing points for seat belts in there tho? I have no plans on putting them back in as I'd rather not get my passengers blood all over the inside of my vehicle. I know that vehicles pre - - - -year? don't legally require belts as they weren't factory fitted. just wondered if what the year was? Many thanks Mat
  6. Hi All. Bought a Daihatsu Fourtak 2.8tdx and have since removed all 5 rear seats, leaving just the driver and front passenger seat in. My question is the 2 seats in the very rear of the vehicle (one each side mounter to the roll cage) didn't have seat belts, would these have been legal to use on a public highway or where they for off road use only? * they were the standard factory fitted ones* Many thanks. Mat Watson
  7. Hello All. I'm looking for a small single axle trailer 'ifor williams/wessex type' with or without a loading ramp to shift a few logs and my quad about with. Preferably in the South East/ West Sussex area. Many thanks Mat Watson
  8. Just bought myself a 'T' reg fourtrak very well looked after. If you find a half decent one there worth spending the little extra on. And as for the rot I would suggest fertan rust converter I've gone over mine and touched up a couple of spots. Very small fuel tank though? only about £65-70 to fill?
  9. Thanks for the replys, I will try a longer peice of hosing, its more for peice of mind that we use the paint tin contraption.
  10. Hello All. Im looking for ideas on how to cool the smoke from a chainsaw exhaust and remove any chance of sparks or hot gasses catching light to the bales at work. So far we've had great success with a paint tin filled with water and "2 of gravel with the exhaust threaded into the bottom of it one side and another hose coming out the lid. It works well in taking any heat away from the smoke but its aquard to carry round and tends to put quite abit of back pressure onto the small saw engine? Any other ideas? Many thanks, Mat
  11. Had mine flash up with E10 antena fault code, turned mine and my mates phones off and it worked fine after that.
  12. Sorry to dissapoint but im keeping it as a spare. There like rocking horse poop to get second hand.
  13. Bought myself the new red box for xmas and had a dozon or so digs with it since, no problems yet. I like the battery % read out when you turn it on. And the fact the new box has no moving parts as the on/off/receive slider on my old box always used to get slimmed up with the greasy clay I dig round my way. Did come slighty off to one side on my first dig with it but that was probley half down to opperator error, but wasnt all bad as its easyer to open out to the dog with out all the muck falling in to the tube. The biothane collars are excellent aswell. Mine is a little chewed and so i the
  14. Ive got a similar problem coming up, Im due to get a litter of pups from my patterdale bitch if all goes to plan in march, and dont want strangers poking around my kennels, with any luck she'll have a small litter so they can be catered for by friends that have already put their names down.
