i sure am i do hand knitted long nets aswel but too busy to any just now and yes they are spun poly knitted onto the rings

they were pure deerhound pups granted pure deerhounds are only good for 100 yards but with the collie and whippet the stamina is greatly improved and speed also with the greyhound i have had a few different crosses and i rate them highly with the rest

he was 25 1/2 inch to the shoulder the pup i have now is deerhound cross too should have pics of him on later

deerhndxghdxwhipxcollie ive had 2 of thes crosses both were very quick game dogs that caught regularly on golf courses this one was coming on great till he had a heart attack at 15 month old dont have any pics of the other one though

give it a try personally i would never let a dog of any breed run with anything wrapped around their stoppers/legs etc as if it comes loose could cause the dog to trip and cause further injury atb john

not eveyone on benefits are lazy b@sterds i have to say i have top marks in highers experience in allsorts of trades dyking building landscaping fencing gamekeeping i even worked on a canal doing boat movement and im up early every morning looking for a job sending around 5 application forms a day advertising myself for work on this site gumtree and others and still iam unemployed and i hate it the biggest problem is incomers refugees asylum seekers whatever you choose to call them they come here and work for pennies and make it really hard for decent ppl to get a job granted there are lazy

i had a bitch a few yr back suffered the same thing and a buddy of mine who runs ghds at the track told me once the skin is healed rub vinegar on it with cotton wool and it will toughen the skin up i done this the next time it opened up and after that i never opened up half as much as it used to there may be other ways of dealing with a problem like this but i have used this method over the yrs and it does the job i would like to hear how other ppl deal with this as there may be a better way

unfortunately i dont have this lurcher anymore though bugger died at 15 month old with heart attack from the top is me and my boy on his first day of school with connie then mick and connies sister digger connie also no longer with us but digger still going strong

cheers bud i hope to make ppl happy with their nets as im just trying to do genuine folk a favour of good quality nets with minimal cost as i said i only ever paid £1 a net and then my good friend netrigger taught me how to knit them myself so i will only sell for £1 unless asked to do bigger nets like 6 footers and such

the one i saw i have seen twice the first time i had my cousin with me and the second time my buddy round the corner was there same here it was 100% big cat the dog i had at the time was 26 1/2 inch and this cat was much bigger than him

lol looks like it i will keep my word though i am only one man and can knit as quick as i can nets will be made for £1 each though i can only do one order at a time

TBH i believe that the people who pinch dogs are from within our own hunting community.Sadly. so do i but lets not rule out antis aswell as we are all aware of they go to any extremes to disrupt our way of life just making sure all areas are covered as when it comes to dog theifs imo everyone is a suspect

cheersnothing serious for him(no runs on any rabbits)just try get him to sit quiet till i set the net out will be the task for the night then just let him run about mad burn a bit of energy and hopefully spook a couple of bunnys into the net

yer just got back now one of my dogs run 3 killed 3 the other run 3 killed 1 but i have only just got her so she sems a bit nervous or just needs to setle in nice one

im going to take my 5 1/2 month old pup out with longnet nothing serious just let him run about to spook bunnys into the net just to let him get used to things like not running through the net lol and hes a bit of an impatient dog so trying to get him used to sitting still while i pin the net out

your only poaching if you take game walk through the land alone and you might bump into the land owner then bring the subject up to him
