    the 3 kids av got a ferret each nearly 6 yrs old now. Never been worked but they do get walked and played with, they get bathed a lot as well. I think they would have a fit if I suggested putting them down holes!! My ferrets have all been working ones tho.

    i will leave her and wait and see what happens shes not going anywhere shes nearly 5 years old now so could be early retirment but saying that she will still catch,cause when she hits she hits hard,shes a one man bird,she knocks the stuffing out of squirrels.

    she had seen a rabbit but it was the last of the season for her.

    she caught a rabbit this morning and when i picked her up no back talon,she would still hunt and catch but the rest wont hurt her its just come at a bad time,cheers john.

    well got to put my female harris down for moult due to losing her back talon,come at a bad time as just got some new permission 5 mins from my house,she ok in herself but letting her recover fully,if anyone as one hunting thats silent let me know untill then i look like taking a few pics of my mates harris while mines not flying,the seasons seeem to get shorter,but never mind,as anyone else had to finish early due to there bird getting injured,cheers john.
