Took a mate once, he was chasing out Walls with hammer and bolster after the grinder. Within an hour he had blisters the size of golf balls on his hands and then at lunch he layed down infront of everyone on site and went to sleep the c**t!!
haha will never forget my first day labouring as a sparkys mate for my dad, here you go son as he hands me the lump hammer n boulster (no grinder) get on with this this and this, didnt complain and got on with it till i physically couldnt lift the hammer, then he comes walking in with the wraggler and hoover attachment, here ee go son heres the easy way he says while handing me the breaker, said he done it to show me what he went through as an apprentice, lets just say im glad technology has evolved

wasnt sure were to post this, after reading the thread about wicans in the woods it got me wondering, after all the miles we rack up walking the dogs and out in the field how many people find them self seeing things out of the ordinary? while walking the dog along the canal the other day i came across two old cycling tourists bathing in the canal, when i walked buy they decided to tell me that the water was only 2degrees lower than there local pool, i know where id rather go haha. even the dog didnt fancy a dip,
so who else has come across some strange sights?
