i have never had a problem with bitting from my ferrets untill we introduced euros to mine and my dads bloodline .........this year kits were a mixed bag some was fine some were plain and simple little f**kers has your kits any euro polcat blood in them????

i recently got a new neighbour who to cut a long story short "accidently" knocked down part of the dividing wall between our gardens so i used the bricks from the wall to put a temperary wall back up and the rubble to support it and fill the holes and when i was working nights the guy had bagged all the rubble and taken it to skip when i woke up in the middle of the day i could smell the dinner on whent down stairs and my first job is to let the ferrets out and potter about outside, fresh water, food, bedding, and such but half way threw her in doors asked me to mash the spuds ..............

spend as much time as possible with ur ferret and it will be fine i spend any where from 1-2 hours out side with mine every day and they never bite me although they bite every one they dont know they recognise people through smell and you dont smell like the guy you got your ferret from

i stick to the months with r in them barring april although when i ran out of meat for the ferts bout 3 weeks ago good old rosey baged me one i think it took longer to set 8 nets then it took her to drive the little sod out

im by no means an expert but id say as long as she has had a few weeks break from mothering to working, put back on the weight the greedy little buggers have drained from her and is perky and energetic she should be fine

ive got a feeding time wistle that i do. when one stayed down me old men was gone to get the spade me wistle got her out no good for keeping a low profile though
