PM sent Relin Just to give you an update - I received David Graham's full admission to the civil court claim the other day...which was a little surprise given his last phone call ended "I look forward to seeing you in court!". As he's been on job seekers allowance for the last 7 months, he's only offered to pay me £15/month. However, there are issues that I intend to follow up... Just spoken to the Police - they have requested everything that I have on the Grahams and are likely to contact a number of forums where they have operated in the past to speak to the forum owners and gather evidence for a potential multiple fraud/deception criminal case. So if you have been scammed by these individuals, or they have tried to scam you in the past, please let yourself be known on this thread.

Still waiting to hear from the Police, and the civil court case gives them 14 days to resolve the matter/reply...so still no news there either!! I keep trying the Police daily to get an update...hopefully will hear soon and then post the news on here...

No news, no payment and the PC dealing with the case is off duty today. Should find out more tomorrow.

Spoke to the Police yesterday - they are saying that as £200 has been paid that they will now give David until Friday 27th May to pay the remainder (which he has said he will...again!!). However my line in the sand for civil action has passed - hence this morning I lodged a civil legal case against him for the remaining money plus court costs. If those monies aren't paid within 14 days then it goes to court where I can claim my expenses etc etc and costs just start adding up even more for them.

Still nothing new - tomorrow the legal proceedings start...sounds like it's going to get costly for them...

An update from today. Steven Graham has paid £200 back into my account, however David Graham says that he hasn't got the remaining £100 but will be able to pay me next Friday. Whether I believe him or not, I have been without my money for 6 weeks now and it has been clear for the last 17 days (since my letter notifying them of legal action) that the 22nd May is the the deadline, hence it remains in place. Just waiting to see if anything happens before the 22nd now, after that the criminal and civil legalities commence.

Wow!! Many thanks for The Moles & PW too!! I guess if they need to raise cash by selling stuff they will have to go the old fashioned way - to the gun dealers/cash converters and pay the price...

According to Royal Mail's tracking service David Graham received my letter yesterday at ~3pm. A copy of which is below. 5th May 2011 Mr David Graham, On the 12th April 2011 you received £300 as full payment for a .22 calibre BSA R10 (Mk2) pre-charged pneumatic air rifle, including a Twink (Mk2) silencer, and three magazines to be posted to the address above, advertised on www.pigeonwatch.co.uk and www.gunwatch.co.uk as “once used, no rust or marksâ€. I don't think they have been on since this thread was re-opened, yet. The main reasons I requested that this thread be reopened were; for further information to come forward, have a location to record and warn others, allow the Police access to all ongoing details...AND ALSO for the shooting community to continue with the excellent pressure they have been asserting on these individuals to do the right thing. Does anyone know who any of these people work for, and whose land they have permission to shoot on? Davyt has already let me know that they are suspended from any future sh

Just another point to add from today's dealings - Steve rang to say that he could pay all the money instantly, plus a bit more for my inconvenience from his paypal account, but I said no - just because they have my bank details and that what is now agreed and recorded with the Police. Steve said that he only offered this as it would be a quicker way to pay me, as otherwise he may struggle to pay by the 22nd. I then pointed out though that he could easily transfer this money to his bank account (3-5 days) and pay me directly from there (i.e. way before the 22nd)...which could also have been d

Absolutely - PLEASE for the sake of this case KEEP IT CLEAN. The Police are looking into this matter and are reading this thread!! I had not previously read Steve's comments on here after the thread was closed, but he certainly wasn't that abusive on the phone today... For those of you who have been following the last thread (now gone - why, was it not a good thing to warn people about these dealings?) this is where we are up to now... Todays the day...lets see if that £300 cash turns up in the post... Nothing new - except another abusive, foul language, poorly written text message saying that I'm the scammer and that I've been threatening them on the forum. I think I have been very controlled in that I haven't threatened anything - simply stated what I will be doing and when - which is just keeping everybody, including the Graham's informed. They also state that I shouldn't put up David Graham's name and address on the forum - which I haven't - all I have said is that it may be available via PM if anyone else is

That's the second gun that I have heard of that was sent to his daughter! Davyt also sent one... Thanks for all the details/info guys - I have full addresses/phone numbers etc. If anyone else needs them to help with any other cases please let me know.

Still no response from hunter1989 (Steve Graham) or one shot one kill (David Graham) on here I see. David had the audacity to accuse me of being the scammer in all this via text yesterday, needless to say i didn't dignify it with a response. He thinks he has evidence that I received the rifle - absolutely ridiculous! Ps - some enquiries have been made on my behalf and the R10 is still for sale from David Graham...

Davy is still helping me out over the phone - he's providing me with good information and good leads to help with this issue...I really don't think he's involved given the ammunition he has provided me with. Davy is fuming - I think that is enough.
