[scope inacurrate]

I have had a rethink i guess the scope may not be vertical it looks it .

I have just gotten an new hawke sr 12 scope .I have tested it a bit .It seems to make my pcp air gun shoot right at 13 yards left at 25 and 50 yards and right at 65 yards .Has any one else had this happen .I have had a few scopes over the years and never had this happen before .Any advice will help.

I have had and have a few air guns pcp and spring.All round top gun I have got and use has to be my hw 97k 177 .My friend has a gamo cfx 177 the gun is ok ,but a second hand 97 or 77 would be better at the same price .

try putting a 20 grain pellet in it or a 30 grain pellet if you can get one .try it with a full .half full and near empty bottle .to stop a stealth i once had going over 12 ftlbs with 20 grain pellets i had to make it shoot 14 grain pellets 10 to 10.5 ftlbs .

you will only get a max power out of a tx 200 I dont know what that is [i GUESS 14 FTLBS ] no matter how big a spring or gasram you use the power will be determined by the air cilinder size .I fitted a 12ftlb gasram to a lightning once after the spanish spring failed . never again .it shot fine for a while but failed quite quickly .[you get a 6 mounth garranty I wonder why ]I have replaced the gasram with xs spring ,tight derlin spring guide ,and a hardened steel top hat that sits on a ptfe washer .The gun shoot great with little sound [for a springer].I feel it shoots better than the ram .YOUR TX 200 HAS ALL THIS TUNING DONE TO IT SO WHY MESS WITH IT ,you cant at present get a gasram for tx 200 if you could it would probbably be better as a spring gun .

you could file out 11mm scope mounts if they are that hard to get . 2.5 mm off each side

hw 97 k in 177.good allround gun .you have to learn to shoot it .not like a pcp .if i had to have one gun it would be the hw 97k in 177 .[tx 200 hw 77 should be considered the same gun almost as mentioned ]

if it is like mine you cannot focus up close .you can if you make a small appature out of card a bit bigger than the one on the lense cap.or use the lense cap .[my old one had wielding glass to protect lense ] .then you must get more I R light on target .

Looking now on different airgunning sights everyone seems to think the British Brainwashing Company have made a gaff .They are activly anti gun and any pain and anguish you all fell is a job well done .
