    In defence of Wirral countryman he is a true dog man and not a man who has dogs . He don't suffer fools very well but in the same breath he is the first to give good advice that will help newcomers along . If this young lad listens to a fraction of what he's learned he won't go far wrong .     We'll Bosun I totally agree with basil brush as I'm his mate who lives on Altcar and as I write this I'm looking out over to the Lydiate ground . Truth be known I've ran this land for 38 years since I was 10 as well as ferret it ,snare it ,shoot it and flown hawks over it and I've seen keepers cum and go back to Ted Flatman .     Il tell u all who misses it the most fellas ? The hares themselves . Since the last course was ran they bulleted the lot . Everyone said it wouldnt happen but it did . The antis never gave a flyin f*** about the hares. Id rather see 20/30 hares fall to good dogs at the four coursing events each season than the 1000+ they shot ! I live on the land and its an empty place now without the hares.

    Like i told Staffs Riffraff fella im a tecbno spaz so maybe a while before i put sum pics up . Ive also got a 3/4 bred 13 month old dog whose grandad is the bull that fathered our pups . Hes a fine lukin animal and im well happy with his progress so far . Atb Nige

    Now then lads, can anyone help me. I took over a bull greyhound pup that i went with a mate to buy from North Wales. Its a blue 3/4 bred dog thats now 7 1/2 month and comin on well. I believe he and his siblings where advertised on here . Has anyone else got one or is the fella who bred them reading this ? I saw the grand parents . The grandfather being Bronson. Never saw the mother as he was 4 months old when my mate bought him. Just want any background info on his breeding etc . thanks lads
