  1. I dont know how accurate the gun will be, but the yanks certainly like them to tune up and I'm affraid I don't know what power spec's they have, I've heard a lot of crap about SMK's but my springer is an SMK XS Mod19 and its superb I don't know if the guy that had had it before me had tuned it or not, but its running at 10.5 ft/lbs with AAF's and is certainly capable of knocking over bunnies at 35 yards and making sure they don't live to get up again by mashing and displacing the bunnies grey matter. ATB Phantom haha i got this gun for christmas just thought it'd be a nice

  3. i see, great advice mate, so a fence snare would be about as much use as one set over a hole/ in a hole? and is it true that when they are travelling in pairs/ rather than on their own, they are much less cautious so can be snared easier? cheers mate atb. Bill.
  4. just wondering, as i'm relatively new to snaring, can you set snares in/out of rabbit holes? i watched old ways of the poacher and he showed snares being set inside rabbit holes and he got a few that way? but i've been told by other people not to set in/out of any rabbit holes, just runs. any ideas? cheers Bill.

  16. last try on this. i want a spring gun, for under £150, that can shoot at ranges of about 30 yds. i really cant spend more than £150. this is what i had in mind, not overly expensive but i think it could be my best option for the money - http://webley.co.uk/products/airguns/spring-rifles/ags-value-max/ then obviously adding a bipod and scope. what do you think? also, any suggestions on a scope and bipod, cheap and reliable? + don't reply if you dont have a sensible suggestion. thanksss!! ;)
