2nd hand info -- exactly! Why doesnt this lad from Ayrshire post on here then and say what happened if he saw it with his own eyes???? If its who I think then hes a member on here, let him speak up about it then instead of pass on stories, I saw Tracy run for 2 seasons and with some horrific injuries and never once looked remotely like jacking it in. Is it jealousy that makes people crab other folks dogs when they have never seen them run? I would love to have a dog like Tracy when she was in her prime in my kennel right now. cheers bend. I did read the stuff that was written on here which was the reason behind me phoning around to try and verify if it was truth, rumour or just plain crabbing. A guy who had seen the dog in action (not beefy) said he reckoned it was a good prospect for the type of ground we run up here, and hes a good bloke who tells it like it is. Only time will tell eh. thanks mate.the old dogs are lookin well.megan was some tool in flat parks mate,i was always going to fury to put over her.the dog was a legend.nastys brother would have been better than megan if he hadnt been killed at 18 months thats still sore.so that tells me that fury was the right dog for her.my only regret is never repeat mating.franks dog is a decent animal good hunter,fast and can stay aye do you mean monty mate he was one brave dog that iv never seen a dog in flight take blind hedges like him in my life and go on the take his quarry.....it was a shame he had such a short

Aye good memories, Meg and Fury 2 of the best allround mooching type lurchers ive ever seen My bitch is double bred to Meg and some of the things she does remind me a lot of her, shes quite quirky. Shes not as good a hunter as Meg was, but she follows fresh trail at a fast pace, which usually results in her finding whatever has sneaked away. She frustrated me a fair bit in her first season it took ages for her to click on she was supposed to be hunting not just walking by my side, but then every dog is different and there will never be another Meg or Fury again no matter how hard you tried to
