    I've decided I want a grill, a smoker and a pizza oven all in the same outdoor space, I'll also need a prep area and somewhere to keep the beers cold, then there's seating to think about? It's not gonna be a small project when you think about it! lol I'll just make it up as I go along and see what happens, that's what I normally do

    They look lovely,I want to get a bigger BBQ,just starting to purchase some shelving and storage going to make a outdoor kitchen /BBQ area.

    im going to build an outside kitchen this summer to, I laid a concrete base yesterday after work and have some stone to use at the weekend hopefully. trying to do it on the cheap tho so will be using what's available lol ?

    Ant. You can sow or plant just about anything during the next week or so. I'd get some spuds in, rows about 24" apart and potatoes about 20" apart. (Main crop varieties). Short row of peas sown thickly, do a pyramid of canes and put in some runner bean plants, lettuce, radish and of course a few cabbage and cauliflower. That should get you going nicely. Keep on top of the weeds and watch out for the wood pigeon cause they'll take your cabbages. Have fun son. Still hoping to see you later in the year. Jok.

    One of my mates sold a big trunk of sycamore to a lad,he told me the lad stands it up on end to let everything drain out of it,don't no for how long or if it's just sycamore it's done to but worth looking into

    yeah heard that after milling, sycamore should be seasoned on end otherwise it goes mouldy apparently? I havnt milled any yet so can't really comment other than what I've read on arbtalk forum lol

    Right you guys. I'm after some really old hardwood blanks. Not British but typically African, South American, Asian etc. I guess there are collections obtained over the years by wood turners and the like which have, like lots of other collect abeles, gone into hibernation. When you go into the market at the moment it's the same old story, been drying for years, came out of a church, etc, etc. I'm only asking on here as there may be a member who knows a friend who knows a relative who knows a source. I've a particular project in mind so any help is good. Jok.

    how much do you need jok? Not got a lathe at the moment but I do have a few good lumps of wood that were given to me by an old guy who's father did a bit of woodturning before he died. I have one particular peace that would probably chip my chisels! Almost petrified it's that hard! And it's bloody heavy, havnt a clue wtf it is tho! Lol

    I was told of a lad at work that if I bought one of these I would get all the sky channels but it's arrived today and all I can get is pretty much free view and locked channels? Any idea what I need to do to unlock the sky channels? It's supposed to have a 36 month free gift etc I'm getting pretty annoyed with it lol ?
