  1. Hi Dogs, seem like you've bought a pup. I've just been reading a review of your camera and it's not good. "One of the more interesting features of the Nikon Coolpix L120 is the Sport Continuous shooting mode. The highest selectable resolution is restricted to three megapixels, but you can shoot at a speed of up to 15 frames per second for up to 20 frames in a row. This can be helpful with capturing fast motion, although we found that focus tracking does not work in this mode, meaning your subject may go out of focus if its distance to the camera changes while it moves." If you want
  2. What make of camera are you using? Another thing to think about is how many Autofocus points you have the camera set to use. If you are using all the Auto focus points, they will they will look for probably the largest subject in the scene and track that rather than the wee birdie. Try setting the camera to one single point in the centre, it takes a bit of getting used to, and you'll miss a few to start with. But you will soon get you're eye in, and get on target.
  3. Hi Sela, I’m newbie here I just pop in now and again to see what’s going on in the world of lurchers. After being brought up and hunting most of my life, I don’t keep any dogs now mainly because I’m the wrong side of sixty. My dogs were pot fillers, pretty handy at fur and feather, not hare dogs but would take a lucky odd one or two. The breeding was mainly a mixture of whippet, greyhound and collie, one or two also had a bit of bedlington in them I do appreciate that you may have a problem finding the right type of cross for what you wish to hunt and over the land you hunt o
