i'm really looking forward to see how she turns out she looks like she will be a strong female you will have to try her on all game and test her and if she do's as good as she looks we may have to meet up again in a few years LOL ,she will want to be out with you all the time later the only problem you will have is that they dont get tired

here is a pic of the male and female
and one of a male pup that i kept
oldskool
the dogs in the pics that have been put up are all redline airedales that are slicks (shortcoated) this type of dog has always been about odd one's have turned up in litters for years but were always put down by breeders because they did not look like what people wanted (longcoated) the only hound that was used in there development was the otterhound

the only breeding i now of has been a whippet x airedale in that breeding i think there where 8 pups 5 died in the first few days and 1 died i think at about 6 weeks which left 2 pups 1 was sold and the breeder started the pup he kept this pup was doing a good job and the owner was very happy with it but he was out hunting with his dogs one day and the pup went missing he thinks stolen and it was not found he was gutted and ended up getting the pup back from the person that brought it and is now working that pup i have been told its doing good ,this is the only breeding that i have used my airedales on and the only other dogs that could of been used would of been one of the pups that i have breed but i would not think it would of been one of them as i would not think the pups would be old enough as they are late starters and are pups sometimes up untill they are about 15 months

the board will not let me put the address up so just do a google search for ( traditional working airdale terrier ) and that will give you the link
when you get on do a search for freeze branding
you can also do a search on smoochers this was taiked about on there also

airedales or any larger dog would take rats but will not be as good as a small terrier ,i hunt airedales but keep my dogs for other things i would not waste the power of the airedale on such small things
