Just curious as how far you got to drive to get to your permission my furthest permission is about a two hour drive and my closest one i can see from my living room window

Was talking to a mate the other day he had been stopped by the police after a nights lamping and because the dogs had a few cuts on them the police gave the dog a talbet which made it sick after a few mins so they could see if it had any badger hair or fox hair in its stomach anyone had any experience with this

Im goin to put a stable door on it so the top half can be open during the day meshed off so he cant jump out and locked during the night and there will be a window in there so that can be left open during the night

I cant have a run on mine just aint got the space for it its just going to be a 8 x 6 shed with a raised bed theres only going to be one lurcher in there just a bit worried it wont be big enough.

Just curious as to what size kennel you keep your lurchers in gonna build a new kennel it cant be any bigger than 8ft x6ft would that be big enough for a lurcher. Thanks

Not sure if anyone can help but about 18 months ago i gave two lurcher away on here and im trying to find them again one is a white and black 3/4 grey 1/4 bull about 24 tts and the other was a red saluki bull grey about 25tts last know location was around barry island south wales any help would b much appreciated thanks.

im not goin to do it ive been offered a dog which has alredy been done ive got bitches in my kennel now and ive always wanted a nice big strong dog and i would have to have a dog which is neutered because my dogs are kenneled together and i dont want a litter

just got in from having a hour out on the lamp with jporter from this site dog done ok picking four up off about eight runs seen as last week she wouldnt even strike at them so im glad i held her back for a week out again tomorrow night any one else been out tonight

just got in from a quick hour with the lamp and it was the worst night ever there was rabbits everywhere the problem is my dog as stopped picking them up she had about 20 runs and didnt pick a single 1 up one rabbit was running so slow i could have caught it i think it had mixi she is a saluki bull greyhound about 22months old what do i do with her. thanks

just wondering how many people lamp rabbits if there is horses in the same field i know for a good spot but all the fields got horses in them and i dont know how the horses will respond to the dog running in the same field

was out lamping last night and the farm i was on has two fences about 3 foot apart its a nightmare climbing over 1 fence then taking two steps and climbing over another why do the famers do that.

when you go out trying to get permission how do you know that there is rabbits on the farm do you walk the fields before you ask for permission because ive got permission on three farms local to me and theres not a rabbit to be seen anywhere on them they are just full of badgers

my mate got a collie bull greyhound needs bringing on a bit its had a few rabbitts on the lamp and he got a bull wheaton greyhound not sure what its like on rabbits its mainly used for fox they are both dogs
