    tonight i when out shooting rats with a torch. a friend has put a bird table in a tree and the rats climb up it and eat the food. so we shone the light up on the table every 3-4 minutes and in total i shot 4 in 20 minutes. i really enjoyed myself and im goin back for somemore fun another night

    iv been told that if a RSCPA officer comes to your home to inspect your dogs or ferrets ect. you can refuse them if there not with a police officer and they need to be with a police officer to enter your property and inspect your animals.

    today i was sitting in my room when i saw my dads lab come out of the shed with its tail between its legs and shaking. so i whent down and got his attention he looked at me.and he was back to himself. i told my mother and she phoned my dad he said hes done it before and hell come around in 5-10 minutes. so we gave him some warm milk and he whent back into the shed and came out how hi dad shaking ect. i let him out of the run and he collapsed onto the snow and it seemed he couldnt control his legs but he was looking at me and wagging his tail. can anyone help me on whats wrong with him

    im 14 and looking for a rabbiting dog. iv posted this on the terrier forum and they all advised me to go for a lurcher as a terreir may go down on foxes which i dont want. iv got a neighbour who has a lurcher. shes all black with a whits patch on her chest. i would like to have a lurcher with these markings but i want a small type so can anyone advise me on the cross i should go for

    mine was a september evening it had been raining all day. i had been in from school about a hour when my dad came in from work and he said " c'mon well take the dogs for a walk with ur gun" so we got to the field. the dogs sacared all the rabbits into the cover. so my dad positioned my at the bottom of the bushes. he took the dogs to the top of the hill and walked towards me. rabbits started to come towards me. the first rabbit i saw hopped throught the fence to my left. then 1 appeared infront of me. i knew form reading a article in the airgunner nag to hit a rabbit at the base of the ear fo
