  1. Hi I am new to the hunting life forum, my name is Richard. I am really enthusiastic about country sports, I go lamping a lot with air rifles for rats and with rifles for other game, I own four ferrets and go ferreting a lot in season and do a fair old bits of ratting and a bit of digging with my mates terriers, I follow the Old Surrey Burstow And West Kent Hunt occasionally when I can get to the meets. That sums up me a bit and to let u guys know a bit about me. Richard

  6. Hi guys new to this forum and it is great. Just a question and help needed about lurchers and breeds, I am wanting to get a lurcher in the summer but not knowing which cross would be right really. I go out with my mate who has two patterdales and we go digging and ratting a fair bit which is great fun and i was going to get a patterdale in the summer but i will find a good lurcher more useful. So I’m wanting a dog that will be able to work with terriers when foxing and for rabbiting with my ferrets and taking larger game and be able to work the lamp but which cross do you think is rig
