    i took my young pup out lamping just to try him before the harvest,he is just over 8 months .he is a collie bull grey,first time i gave him one slip which was no kick up and for his first run done real well and got it and to be fair he earned it .so i was well chuffed ,second time just the 1 slip again and got it again ,then took him sunday night and he had 3 slips and got 2 and realy looked like gettin the 3rd.i was over the moon with him.needs a but more retrieving with him but he is keeping them well alive .i no the rabbits ant at there best now but a good start in my eyes .ps will put a fe

    we went on sunday the weather was shit to start but was ok later,was the racing on the saturday cause only round the showing dogs on sunday

    my pup is a collie bull grey at 23tts and has always been a very mute dog but ,you decide when you think hes ready but have heard this that things with whip in can yap if entered to early,well thats what ive heard it might be wrong

    alright mate im in the same postion as you with a pup, mine got on a daylight hare and really i was surprised how he ran it ,so am going to give him a couple of slips on rabbits right out there and then leave it till next season ,what x is your pup and its ur choice if the pups ready nobody else.atb
