    £1000 for a full breed out off good working parents is not that much if you think about it.There is people on here now that have there dogs for studs at 18 months old that have not even had a season under them and charging £300 a service.4 bitches and that is your money back and more.There are dogs out there for sale that are not even full breeds or workers and people are buying them from £200 to £500.Jackrussells,labadoddles,bullshitz, etc etc

    Hunting alone is ok if your just going local but if your going 100miles away its a lot easier if there is two or 3 off you.Easier on petrol,on the work load (carry game),digging,dogs,equipment etc etc.

    In the countrymans weekly said there not many going out for sale. So if don't have any now don't think you get one unless its later done the line 2nd hand but could be wrong

    Nothing to do with how good the dog is or how fit it is?????Nothing to do with the work the dog and owner puts in??????Put it this way a half fit dog could not go up there and get numbers like that.So its not all about land and numbers it helps but its not as easy as that.

    I but in the miles aswell but no where in Ireland would you get the land to get that much work and they where not crabed by me that is great work the ladsput in in and as i said to them fairplay lads l Have put in some miles in looking a good lamping spot in Ireland and trust me there hard to come by and if you do get one you keep it to yourself.Have few spots but nothing that would hold that amount off rabbits.Must say for dog to take 50 on a nights lamping must be a really fit dog because that some work for one dog.Tomo or who ever was there how many slips would you have to get to 100?????

Bet you never gave it much thought when you were a young buck l tell you a story about 17 years ago l want for lamp by myself local just up the hill from my house 20min walk with car battery on my back and my mates lamp just bought out off Argos.This lamp was about size off a big frying pan no joke and would light upa side off a mountain no prop.Any how me dog sit off there about 15 odd fields to do with a wee farm at the end.Reached the farm had few rabbits.     There is nothing wrong with going out 2, or 3 off you.What happens your out alone fall smash the head.Who is there to help you no one.Yes people bring phones but when you have cracked your head open and cant move a phone is no use.You may hope the dam or sire off your lucher is lassie and goes and gets help.Cant beat a good walk over the mountain getting your thoughts together and catch bit game at the same time but the way things are now days l would never go on my own again.Anything can happen and l rather someone is there that can help you then you been found days later or worse
