    i ended up getting a dejon 14 with a 25hp engine. tis a grand job, lol i have decided to name her "Esox Hunter" i think it has a touch of class :notworthy: had a hicup with her at the start but all seems to be good as gold now, fingers crossed now niall_b73

    so i got the boat back last friday and this morning the weather had cleared a bit so we decided to kill two birds with one stone. we set of about 1 oclock to test the boat again and we brought the rods. we got her in the water and loaded her up and headed of to a local lake that i have never fished before. about half an hour of trolling i hit into the first pike not a bad fight and the 1st of the winter season for me not long after that my mate hit into the second a smaller pike but plenty of fight all the same. well 5 oclock and the weather had closed in so we decided

    winter is approaching and last winter i fished all the way through it in just water proofs which wasnt a good idea what is everyone wearing and what would any one advise ?? topnotch & earth i am not worried about the suspenders, thongs tights and the likes that you boys wear i am just interested in the winter suits/thermals and the rest. does cheap work or does it have to be expensive ?? niall_b73

    to be honest i had her on the water yesterday as well and she was going like a dream, she went perfect today for a couple of hours this morning untill she died. then when we got her home she went on the first turn so hopefully nothing to serious but yeah shit happens lol niall_b73
