Fill us in on what you mean by that Summer hunting would be me going out onto some of my permission in June to kill some rabbits for my own enjoyment and sport ... The dogs work all year round mate ......You do it all year round and kill all young and wipe out areas that's not the done thing where I'm from simple as.i think it's wrong.Ok for you getting paid for it but what about people trying to lamp their dogs when the season starts and they have to travel to get a few spins? like I told you earlier YOU WILL NOT be allowed any ferreting or lamping on most of the places I have contracts on ........Anywhere that can be lamped will be lamped by someone.unless a rare case like a graveyard.

We're talkin about very young rabbits and getting paid for clearing them out.your swear there was an epidemic of rabbits in England even though most fellas on here when i read about lamping etc.say their area has a scarcity of rabbits or they have to spend hours on the motorway to get a descent night.are professional rabbit catchers really needed to work all year round through the breeding season also.i will agree they are needed for some specific jobs but for people having a full time job doing it no wonder the land is so barren in places

Tbh mate my terrier will get where pointers won't he will work any cover and my pal keeps coursing digs so when we have a day out I work the terrier to put a few up for him for them long slips plus I use my terrier for ratting ferreting bushing etc by him self or in a pack and he suits me and the way I hunt, plus he is the fastest terrier I have ever seen lol caught a few rabbits on the run and is always catching pheasants What type of terrier is it
