    I dont like drink too sweet either,how much sugar are you talking per lb? 1/4 to 1/2 lb of caster sugar per lb of sloes depending on taste. I personally use just in between. I always put in the cinnamon stick. I,ve been here in this village 21 years & this is the best year for big sloes I,ve ever seen. Best of luck Coca mate and do try it as a marinade. Did some sloes in poteen once but I prefer that without the sloes!!! Well Allenyeates,i went with your recipie ! I just had a wee taste.

    Thought that myself rough coated,but nothing is ever kicked out at any time of year normally there would be some sign.

    We have a bit of land,it has five different sets of burrows,we give them a try a couple of times every year. But there are two of them that are never accupied,i see where they were scratching under another tree at the oppisite side of the field that one of the empty burrows are.The ground is like all the others and plenty of food around. What you thinks the problem.

    Im after getting a bitch of mine injected,she wont come into season if you get it every 6months.It cost me 22euro. I had a pointer spayed one time,its was a big enough op.

    Sounds like good stuff during the season lads. I dont think red mills racer is as high in protien as gain greyhound,should do a 7month old pup.

    I use red mills worker,on terriers,cant fault it. I would thrust racer would be good for lurchers. Connollys,Irish made too.
