    look under the other thread on mills .swagboy got one for sale ,or try getting hold of the greyhound star at your local greyhound track, there an advert in there ,bit dear new 1450,second hand 300 up wards, dont buy a human one there not long enough in the bed,hope this helps you out

    i feed breakfast ,weetabix etc, honey milk and a egg, main meal trip with some chicken ,brown bread, veg pasta, give bones once a wk ,helps clean the teeth etc,

    slat one is for the bulldogs ,best one for the running dogs is the electric one, must be variable speed and have a 6ft bed, have owned both and done both dogs on them , i prefer the 2nd mill as not all dogs take to the slat mill cause of the noise some of them make ,how ever its up to you what you and your dogs like,what ever one you have got you must walk them out after a work out and a good rub down after ,

    mate this is a hunting site in the lurcher and running dogs section who the fk wnts to heer about pitbulls unless they bread with a greyhound comeon lurcher lads bk me up here its about condition a dog on the mill .be it a jack russell to a mastiff, you can do any type of dog on a mill stew, thats the point

    depends on how you use a mill to condition a dog, people seem to think you just put them on and and leave them to walk and thats it ,think not,,,, , there is a bit more to it then that ,, how do you think the bulldog is conditoned .. far more goes into there keep for 6wks then most people no about,not just about walking or running a dog its what goes on after that, cg uses a mill cant say his dogs are not fit,,how you use them counts,most greyhound trainers have got a mill about them ,but for lurchers must be a 6ft bed one, human ones are not long enough to use for a lurcher /greyhound,

    I have heard that too, the ones that are being developed are very small but very powerfull aparently. I would imagion when both technologies are available they will be used to create a single unit (battery contained in lamp itself) gone are the days of car batteries and headlights thats for sure! I have just had a thought about this. I wonder how hard it would be to convert a standard lamp to LED? any electricians on the forum? what sort of money is the battery pack and best place to buy from
