  5. GOT A NEW PUP apparently its breeding is saluki bull grey x collie bull grey so its not quit what i wanted but... i had a call from my brother in law saying a lad he knows a lad who had a lurcher for sale so i went to have a look he had give a pup out the litter to a local lad and he said he would giv him the cash in a week or two but 6 weeks wentby without the money and everytime he went for the money the dog was in the back yard without food water or shelter and was under weight so he took the dog off him because he wasnt looking after it he knew i had lurchers before and that i

  7. hi all i havnt been able to log into the site from my computer for some strange reason so havnt been able to post anything im still looking for a pup but think im goin to wait abit longer because the season is comming closer and a pup will not be ready for the work if i get one any time soon so i will be getting one ready for next season im goin for the bullxgrey colliexgrey like bird said, i seen a ad for some pups on here that look [bANNED TEXT] for me. bred out of fly from running dog addiction, bull grey x deerhound collie grey lovely looking pups and i have seen fly work on the dvd
  8. its exellent to see the breed been used for somthing other than fighting or ego boosts or gaurd dogs, at least there getting exercise and looks like they enjoying themselfs fair play to the owners wish every pit owner was like that, too many young lads get them for the image and to look hard most have no experiance with any dog nevermind somthing that can do damage like a pit would make good lurchers if the bull blood was thinned out abit
  9. id say its the dog owners responsebility to keep the dog in THERE garden you are more than genorus for paying the fees. you have done your bit by making sure your dogs cannot get on there property they shoul be responsable that there dog cannot escape on to yours mabey a security camra mite come in handy if it happens again and your neighbor takes leagl action against you have good evidance that their in the wrong not you similar thing happend to my dad [bANNED TEXT] i was younger we were on the field near home with his bullx and deerhoundx and the winging old bloke from a few doors
  10. is it the sire the black og and the dam the long haired light colourd bitch?
  11. bird thats a nice looking dog you got there. yeah im after a dog that will take anything put infront of it iv heard the ban will be lifted in a couple of years and dont want to be stuck with a pure rabbit dog. good dogs colliexs cant fault them one bit would it be worth goin for abit of saluki in the collie/grey/bull for abit of stamina or wouldnt you bother

  13. i fancy somthing abit different from the colie grey but they are exellent workers if you get a good collie in ther but most colies are nothing like what they used to be i mite end up with one like but i do fancy somthing with bull init iv her good things about them but would need to thin the bull blood out abit
  14. my first dog collie/grey sadly had to be put to sleep in january this year at the grand age of 19 i was gutted and cried like a baby i now miss having the company of a four legged companion/hunting parter and a good allrounder/pet so i feel ready to get my next dog and wanted some opinions from you guys i seen a few ads in the countrymans weekly that i was intrested in and the bullxs caught my eye but most look too "heavy" in my opinion. so im on the look out for either a collie/grey/bull or mabey a collie/grey/bull/saluki im leaning on the collie/grey/bull/saluki i think the b
