My personal preference i wouldn't ever clean it and if you wanted to buy a 17 bore snake one pull through with mod off all you need to do :thumbs:

Hi there i have had one in the past thought it was a good scope for the money,if you're after one go to optic warehouse on the net good prices bought from there before if you do get one mate i would only put it on your 17

For the 22-250 i would go for a schmidt or a zeiss both very good scopes I've had both not cheap but worth it haven't had one yet but nikon are meant to be very good too so have a look at one if you get a chance

Sounds lika a very nice setup mate, mine doesn't mind 39grain but get a much better group with the 40grain no don't load myself get my dad to do mine he has loads of time on he's hands gives him something to do

Yeah I am it's a great gun mine likes 40grain and it's a remington 700 with a wildcat predator 8 with a millet 6-25x56 and haris bipod expensive bit of kit but well worth the money
