been there and done this with you before mate ,the offer from last time still stands ,im even willing to put some cash on the side if it helps ,just imagen if im wrong you go home with every thing paid for and more .
-
Yes i think youre correct mate they were breed to work in extreeme cold temps they are warm blooded and cannot regulate there boddy temps in warm weather, warm to them is more like are winter i surpose, so you do have a very good point, another reason to put them back to a straight greyhound imo to finish the type. i like then they look very game to me, but just a atad too heavy, but i guess that depends what youre running them on and where to a certin extent. I carnt imagine that they have done a great deal at that age to be honest, mean heavy stuff as they wouldnt be physical capeable of com

finally http://this is the best of the bunch ,and this dog went missing out of the garden a few weeks ago and he was picked up and reported ,you have to have a fence about 12 foot or more high to keep them in ,he also jumped a 5 bar gate with a fully grown fox in his jaws .
-
they do get a lot of work ,i dont own one like i said ,it was a big mistake on my part ,but i am out with them most nights ,the person that bred them had a german shep x that took double figures of fallow regular in a night pre ban ,but he wanted to see if he could improve on the shepx so this was the next best thing ,and improve he has ,

and http://this is the only bitch pup ,she was later starting than the rest ,but she has clicked on now .

i have answerd this in another thread ,i dont know if the x makes them different or they just climertise ,because of being born her ,or that we only run them hard at night ,your guess is as good as mine ,but they most defenetly dont get any trouble from over heating ,that also goes for the mother ,she lamps as well .
-
dont know ,we only lamp ,like i said .
-
yes thats right ,any more you want to know ,dont bother asking .just look at the laws on hunting ,
-
and cheaper to feed and more fun to watch imo like i said they feed them selves with what they catch ,you wont get any cheaper than that .
-
you forgot about rats .that is all the legal things we can hunt ,so it must be 1 or the other .in other words work it out for your self ,like most have

beter than any we have owned or seen for their age .they are doing what 4and 5 year old dogs struggle to do . what purpous and benefits has this cross improved on ? more peddling perhaps? there is a offer on the table ,take it up .

beter than any we have owned or seen for their age .they are doing what 4and 5 year old dogs struggle to do . what purpous and benefits has this cross improved on ? that is only for us to see im afraid ,after seeing and working hundreds of dogs ,this x so far has out weighed the rest ,and the only way for it to be proved is for those that think they got a dog that is better on what we run ,is to come and prove us wrong .i cant be any fairer than that ,if you want to find out pm me a phone number and come along with your dog for the ride .
-
thanks for the warning ,but if the authorties dont know me and what i do by now they wont ever know ,every one in my town knows how i make a living and have done for over 30 years including the law ,there is a saying WHY DENY WHAT EXIST,but i know what your saying
-
yes they are fecking shit just like the one reply to this thread : :and when i said 3run together that was when they started in life at the age of 3 months on the rabbits .and being the person i am ,if you want to bring a bull x along one night i will show you how better this x is compaird to most bullx .
-
if 2 or 3 are left to run togther ,they will work to help each other ie, one will cut the prey of by running a different rout . ,unlike any other x we have seen ,just like you mention ,like a feral pack .but we mostley run them single .
-
merle ,they dont lack any thing at the moment ,but to be honest ,they have not been sent to retrieve any hares yet .
-
the heavies one at the moment is in pic 8 he is 90lb in weight ,he is not fit at the moment because he has been out of action for 2 months due to a bit of a bashing ,and had to have forced rest ,altho he did not want to stay in, but he did manage to get through a 12by17inch window one night trying to come with us .,the others are between 70 and 85lb running weight ,
-
they were bred to last all night on the lamp and tackle what ever they was asked to do ,unlike most lurchers bred today . The last part is a strong statement, cant agree with you there it all depends on the prey and the dog , You must live in a diferent country from me and hunt diferent quarry dont know about that ,but if there was a dog to suit our needs we would be working it already ,we do own 2 other very good dogs ,but they are a bit small ,and have to put in 2times the effort .but they do manage .and we have seen and worked most breeds ,

there will be a few more pics ,and if it can be done a vid as well .its a pity we cant put up pics of them at work .never mind maybe if and when things change in this country ..

they are well looked after ,because of the amount of work they get, and they are fed on the best meat u can get ,they catch it them selves .
