    you could also look at the BSA ultra, you can get them new for £250 then all you'll need is a pump or bottle to charge it. For the money you have a second hand one with scope and bottle should only cost you around £300

    Write to DEFRA or the RPA and report the farmer under cross compliance, he'll get an inspection and hit hard in the pocket, as the cash will be taken from his single farm payment direct.
