    love watching these birds ,not that many on the east coast seen 2 in my life .were i live on the edge of s/land,more inland,went up west coast of scotland last year year fishing and they were like blackbirds ,seen them takeing hares out were they taking adult hare?

    their is 2 racing clubs one is at kincardine bridge at a farm near longannet power station racing starts at half past one on a Sunday think it starts up in may till September . the other is held in Stirling on a Sunday about the same time and is held round about the safari park .

    before the ban the country had very healthy population of rabbits and we had never herd of vhd . simples really no rabbits to run no need for running dogs in the country side blame Blair and new labor government and the anti mob for the demise of the humble bunny. pre ban mixy guns nets dogs gas ferrets were all used to manage the numbers of rabbits but still the old rabbit held their own and managed to re produce year after year. the way things are just now i cant see the rabbits making a come back from this.
