    keep up the good work and get yourself into a better frame off mind i,ve been clean for 16 years now and i fight it everyday i had at the hight of my addiction i was doing 5oo quid a day on various drugs now remember that these where the day when e where 25 quid a pop i been in rehab and nut house drying out but the thing that keeps me right is that i,m a single dad with a 15 year old girl that i,ve brought up so its when i get up in morning and think its drugs or my kid and hey it not easy but i will always be a drug addict and thats never going to change i hope that you keep yourself off the
