Was talking to my mrs the other night about getting a terrier for working along side me luchers and as her what kind of terrier she likes. and her answer was Yorkshire terrier. i nearly hit the roof. any ideas on changing her mind, wouldn't mind but i never hear of people workin them, a any ideas welcome.

well its not me normal vet. this was about 10pm so was a night vet and the price's go up, but still he#s a d**k, anyone decent vet would told me these solution. cheers again

cheers for the info. as you might noticed from previouse post these are my first pups. thing thats gets me the most was the i mentioned to the vet that there was stinging nettles around and he said it could b either stinging nettle pestacide or something else, never mind we all learn from our mistakes i believe is a common phase. againg cheers guys just wanted the best for me pups

is that the reason, any tips on something to draw the sting out like with humans we us anything acid based IE vinegar/or lemons ( we i alway have and it works) aany thing to do for pups??

i went fishing the other day for a few hours and took me 2 4month old lurchers and i noticed when i got home that they was biting the paws and whining some thing chronic, and after trying to calm them down and then calming the mrs down i decided to take them to the vet to have bit piece of mind on me and the mrs. after coming out after paying £180 for 2 lots of anti-inflamertry jads and antibiotics, couse you never know whats been put down on the grown. i spoke to a couple of mates who's taken there dogs over and they said it was stinging nettles. just wondering how many people have c

BMW E30 318 convertable for sale as stated this is non-runner but will only cost around £100 to fix and its money i dont really want to spend at the moment and also just aint got round to order the parts. it is in white lowered approx 30mm compermotive 17" alloys 2 new tyre on front m-tec body kit bad bits either coil pack or Crank postioning sescer (CPS) this should get it running ive been told needs new back windon £150 +/- on ebay fitted!! few rust spots could do with a tidy up on the interior. thats about it. wanting around £700. bargin

hi a lads/lass these are my 1st working dogs so looking for advice. i got 2 4month old whippet x grey collie whippet, at first the training was going well, they would come back when you called but now they starting to ignore me, not all time just evry so often. also they will not retrive a single thing, i might get some thing once in a while, and when we out walkin they fine on the lead but when it comes to rabbit holes they not interested, me 5 year old boxer seems more interested in then they do. any ideas/help/advice, on :- * improving they recall to 100% * getting them to ret

cheers for all the advice guys, just for the record it would be a 1.5 mile JOG not run my bad. dogs are 1/2 whippet 1/4 gey 1/4 collie. thanks guys just i git start doing me running againg and thought kill 2 birds with 1 stone. cheers

Hi i want to start training my two 3 1/2months old lurchers on running no after rabbits but running with me to keep there fitness well but also to help build there stamina. ( been told running distantce is good for that) just wanted to know whats the good age to start it at, will be running 1.5miles a day in under 10mins, is this too much for them, i understand they still young just want some help in age to start

Hi all just wondering about a staffy/bull? whats peoples opinion, as i want to work it with my 2 lurchers next season, what are they like working and would they work well with lurchers, reason i want this breed is to also be a form of guard dog with the lurchers when i'm out at work etc. also whats preferred sex??
