    Oh come on you would grumble if she didnt bother keeping her hair & skin in good shape, theres nothing wrong in plastering yourself in cream when you have had a shower, tell me a woman who dont do it , one that just gets up & goes out without bothering to look the best they can, if you make the exterier look good then the interier also feels good If you dont feel good about yourself you become a bit negative & that makes your life harder, i should know i spent 20 yrs feeling negative then i woke up one day & thought f**k this for a game of soldiers

    i think they all are, i have 1 tunnel and 3 bowls in there is this too much? they are all downsatirs so are there water bottles The area they were bedded in , is it totally enclosed apart from a hole for access & are they going to the loo at the lower level as well

    My advice is give them a propper dark solid box you can also offer the hammock as a choice but i would always place a propper dark box in for them

    In other words anything out of a tin............... what , not a chance , a packet from the fridge that requires no heat is my diet when left to cater for myself if your worried i am not getting any goodness then you come & cook my tea
