Some v hobs will not live with jills all year though they are just too homonal and won't leave them alone, if you want everyone to live in peace without any worry why not neuter both the jill and hob.
-
This is the pics of the eu polecat mothers i will be using this year.
-
Eh?
-
You sure, you can bring me some of those binos of judy's. i have room for a few bino boys.
-
So how much does mDNA analysis cost then? No clue, she was done before i got her. Yeah sure the more hurls the merrier, can i tempt you into a kit too???
-
Er........whats a hurl?? I can do tea and coffee and hot choc at a push. Yeah we holiday in scotland takes about 6 hours to oban,

They will be tame and not hand shy but no different to normal ferrets - I have to disagree. Sorry. They will be far more alert and alot faster. I also find that even the half cross's take a bit more handling to bring them to the same level of tameness. They are great animals though and in no way am I putting them down. regards ian Are you talking about eu poleys or angoras here if poleys then yes they are more alert stronger and faster, the angoras are no different from reglular ferrets in nature and stature.
-
What are you going to mate the jill to? Eu polecat hobs are massive and certainly more timid than normal ferrets even after you tame them! You are thinking uk wild polecats, they are generally very big and unhandleable, We have an eu poley hob for the 2 jills, they have all got good natures and are proven parents. There should also be some silver half angoras thrown they are no different the normal ferret, and will work just as well.

I am breeding eu poleys this year that will be pretty dark, we are based in durham.
-
Try lemon juice or bitter apple spray on the back of your hand and let him get ya!! He won't come back for a second go, i promise. Ferretone is just a cod liver oil blend with vitamins we just buy cod liver oil its much cheaper.

Thanks, we do the sardine thing and tripe mix. He is free fed and eats an enormous amount i have tried all kinds of food from iams to bakers and now the skinners. He has severe hips, his right has a flat socket and a mishapen ball joint they dont'y connect at all ,the left is just well out, he will be having the op at some point they are going to take the ball joints off entirely and the muscle will hold it all together until scar tisuue creats new joints. HIs back end has no wieght on it at all his muscles are bunched and localised even with the swims.
-
Not sure if i am in the right place with this but here is it............... i have a 1 1/2 year old choc lab he has severe hip dysplasia we use intense hyrotherapy swims to keep the muscle on his hips and keep him pain free until eventually he will have his op. My problem is the swims strip the weight of him and he is always lean, which in one respect is not a bad thing as extra weight on his hips won't do him any favours. He is on skinners gundog food and aditional meat raw and tinned, but he gets very thin still, he is a bottomless pit and eats all table scraps going i don't know what els

Does the fact that the kits are raised in a lesbian environment have any impact on their development? thats great, i am going to have to keep an eye on the kits aren't i for gay tendancies. Though i think its the trend these days.
-
They are inported stock, the halfs we have are uk bred.
-
As someone quite rightly pointed out they make great drain cleaners.

She didn't say some, Candy. She seemed to me to be trying to imply that the ferrets that she's marketing are guaranteed cancer free I am not implying anything ruth, i am told she has been checked for cancerous genes from her reliable last owner. I didn't say some but i didn't say all either did i. I wish i could say they will be cancer free but who can say that about anything.
-
We use a surrogate mother to help raise the kits, the angora jills are bonded with an older jill and they raise babies together.
-
This is fly, she is a eu polecat jill. A university in America did dna testing on her which showed her to be 100% pure european polecat. They also checked for cancerous genes as well.
-
Aye, not to worry. All mine get a hot bath, a pedicure & a damn good brushing after a hard mornings graft. That sounds great i might come work for you.

Hi i have several angora ferrets and we also breed them and the eu poley. Thye make great pets and i cannot see why you wouldn't be able to take them out to work in the dry weather as long as you spent a little time on their coats afterward, as i am sure all you responsble working guys do anyway, we don't want ferrets sitting wet cold and muddy do we. We will have several litters for sale this year and they also include the long haired ( 3/4 angora ) which does not have the nose cleft. Its true they do not produce enough millk to nurse there young but it is something that we hope to breed out
