advice to everyone. if your not catching never give your peg away i did that last year and not 10 mins after i moved a 24 lb gostie was caught there on the same bait aswell

do you recon they will be more confident during the night

no point using ferrets without nets as it is unlikely to be possible to hit many if any bolting rabbit with an air rifle. they would come bak though eventually after the ferrets have been gone a while and the smell has subsided. would be best to just use nets once the season starts again. dog walkers may be a reason you have jumpy rabbits especially if dogs are often off lead. atb i know i have no chance of hitting them with an air rifle. just forget that idea

the only thing i can do during the day is ferret because there is a lot of dog walkers about. could all the dog walkers be the reason that all the rabbits are so jumpy

i know this sounds stupid but the local comunity plod dosent say anything to me he even caught me with the gun out of its case and he just told me to put it back in. he knows im responsable and just doesent bother

ive got to find out which warrens they are using. do you think that if i enter my ferret into a warren without using nets they will be scared away from there for good when they bolt

well im sure i will get one in the end ive been trying all winter with no luck. in the case of doing it really slowly i dont even get the chance to do anything the second i see them and duck they scarper everybody on this site makes it so easy

i walk pretty slow and as quiet as i can and ive tried the thing with the warrens and there is so many warrens for such a small area i still havent shot my first rabbit. i think the problem is that i have to learn all this for myself because i have no family or freinds that do this and i dont know if im making a mistake. i really need someone to show me the ropes.

i make sure of that still couldent get near them also when they are not even facing me they run. they only problem i get with pigeons is hitting twigs and leaves in front of them

well its basically as above I went out with my airgun about 7.30 and managed to miss a wood pigeon and every rabbit i seen run away as soon as i raised the gun and they were about 40 yards away . on the last two i seen i ducked down in the grass were they couldent see me and they still fecking run im getting so pissed off about this now is it something i am doing or are the rabbits just very shy in my area any advise would be much appresiated Raiderboy

well i sure i aint like that i got an A in science a C in maths and an A in engineering and i havent even done the rest of my exams yet
