unlucky mate, didnt you ask the dealer his opinion on a multi conversion? thats alot of doe to shell out for a gun only to be disapointed. we all learn from our mistakes and thanks to your post maybe your saved someone else from making the same mistake. move it on cut your losses and buy a second hand one that you'll be happy with, might hurt a bit now but give it a week or so and you'll have forgotten all about it. good luck mate.

that just proves my point! you didnt even talk to your officer. if you knew him you would know that a second lieu gets paid a little bit less than a cpl (you) on the higher pay band and if im correct infantry soldiers are on the higher band. your plt oc has the word on weather said soldier passes out its your job to tell him said soldier is not good enough. afterall your the one with them all day not the OC. if he doesnt listen than thats a BAD OC.

mate he is going to get ribbed just for being on tv! you know what squads are like if theres no banter then somethings wrong. yes he will get ripped and yes most marines would be going nuts at him, i know plenty of soldiers that have performed outstanding in contact in afgan and wouldn't gut an animal unless they REALLY had to. but it doesn't make them a shit soldier!

is that down to the training staff accepting it then? its your job to make sure they make the grade! if you dont think they do then fooking say so, your little second lieu should wind his neck in or have you not bothered to argue your case? what rank are you? you must of done atleast 10 years in the infantry to get a posting to an ATR and be at least a cpl so your judgement should AND IS better than a snotty nose officer on less money than yourself, he earns less for a reason matey. it must do your fookin nut in. ive just done 4 years at pirbright and ive just been posted to LWC.

donnie i agree with you mate,it aint like it was years ago, some of the little shits that are coming through now are a joke! but i will always defend a squaddie especially a marine or pathfinder or the like when a civvi slags them and dont know shit about what they do.

tell you what spider piggy, im in the army and it takes all sorts, but you have no idea what those men are like on the battle field, he might not like gutting a grouse but i bet a pound to a pinch of shit if you had a towel on your head and met him in afgan he'd pull your head through your fookin arse before you could blink!!!!!!!!! Good advise i'll second that. ive got stopped by the police for speeding late one night last year, had mine and my mates air guns in the car, a webley stingray and the hw100 ive now bought off him. the copper didnt beleive the hw was an airgun! "looks like a proper gun to me, i want to get it tested" were his exact words. i was more pissed off he turned his nose up at my stingray! i used to love that gun. they took me to a police station and tested the gun. got it back and even got an apology from the copper confessing he knew nothing about airguns. oh and 3 points for my troubles!

hi mate, you cant use them indoors, i tired it with the mk3 i bought and thought it was f****d too, tv's are a big problem mate. remeber you need to turn the collars on if its the magnetic switch type you got. you must always have it on search first before you turn it on and when you get the distance down to 8ft then switch to locate. get out to a field and try it. good luck mate hope you haven't been done over.
