  2. i dont know what to buy myne either, he aint that in to hunting, but i want a new dog bed off him and a lurcher collar....£30 and im happy

  9. well i cant for the life of me find it on youtube but me and my mother were watching GMTV while eating our breakfast and it went on this cooking bit and the women was making somthing to do with xmas dinner and at the end she starts going on about how if you get some frozen yorkshire and then sprinkle tinned sweetcorn on them it makes them look home made, personally if my mother sprinkled sweetcorn on the yorkshires when serving them i would ask her if they had spilt some on them
  10. well got my first ever ever lurcher and im posting this just to say a big big thank you to fiona (this dog is legend in the making) and to let her know that she is setteling in grand(dont bother with the leader now after 2 days) took her out lamping last night, she was briliant, lamp on and she was straight down the beam, lamp off and she comes straight back, only slipped her four times and she didnt get nothing but she was sooooooo close bless her her and my terrier had a bit of a scrap this morning but the terrier got my steal toe rigger up her arse and there getting on grand now
  11. not a lurcher but my patterdale is and its £12 a month i think, going to get the lurcher insured

  13. iam starting to get the same problem, one of myne is 4 and the other is 7 month and is starting to try and challenge the older dogs dominance......i suggest investing in some steal toe cap boots as they dont fight when i have them on my feet but do get a bit rough with each other when i dont if you get what i mean

  15. dont know about the skulls, but my fox brushes seem to stay alright aslong as you take the bone out, got a top notch one my mate gave me on top of my telly of a great big dog fox looks like somthing some strange person would stick to there hat

  18. Erm, not true ... Do not set the dog up for failure: make sure you give it easy catches and bring it on slowly slowly. No hurry. true lurchergrrl. how dose a house dog end up soft ? it will only end up soft in the house if you treat it diffrent then you would outside. aye my two terriers are inside and they aint no softies, quite the oposite

  20. thats the sort of advice i was looking for not dog training for dummies, ive had two mischevious terriers and done dog agility with one of them (good for fitness and obedience and also makes them take more notice of what they are doing)
