    if you don't know how to deal with it take the dog to a vet!! and you shouldn't be running it on a damaged toe pain or no pain if the dog has damages the receptors around the toe it might not feel a thing. if i was you i would take the dog and get it checked and rest it for at least 6 weeks.

     

    it might not be causing any problems now but it will in the future if left untreated do you want to f**k up your dog at such a young age

     

     

    i havnt been runnin it since it done this [bANNED TEXT] i let him out the kennel and he does a lap round like most dogs do its happens plus i have asked the vet and he said give it a months rest i put it on here to see if anyone had somthink like it in the past as the vet said if he aint better soon to take it off!!!!

     

    sorry :thumbs: but thats not how it sounded by cornering every time hes out i thought you meant, out not in the garden. and you didn't say you had had it checked. if you had given the facts it wouldn't of sounded like it did.

    my dog broke three of her toes high up and was in a splint for 8 weeks i had to put her on a lead to go for a pee ! otherwise she would try to play. if you don't want to chop of the toe i would not give it the chance to run.

    As its such a young dog i personally wouldn't want to start cutting bits of yet you might need them later.

     

     

    i dont want him to get them cut off to be honest just guna give him rest

    my lurcher coming up to 12 months old i took him out for a run other night after having some rain and when i got home noticed his back end toe was sticking in so i pulled it back and it poped back in place its not making him limp or nothink but everytime hes out and does a corner its back in i keep having to put it back in place anyone had this before?
